Report Criteria Box

If configured to display, the report criteria is listed in a box labeled Report Criteria in the Report Preview window. This information ensures report viewers know which records are included in the report.

The setting to determine whether or not Report Criteria should be displayed is found in both the Report Criteria window and on the General > Settings sub-tab. On the General > Settings sub-tab there is an additional setting to determine if photos should be displayed in Report Criteria. If set on, the report criteria box displays photos of the records included on the report, such as a photo of assigned individuals or assets.
